Place Your 50% Deposit
Contracts are signed. Your 50% deposit is invoiced via QuickBooks — payable by credit card, debit card, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo or Apple Pay. The remaining 50% is due upon receipt of your first draft.
Once your deposit is received — we staff your project and begin pre-production immediately.

Creative Strategy & Film Treatment
Your narrative is clear. Now we design the visual expression — a fully developed creative treatment locking in your film's core messaging, visual style, and story architecture. You'll see exactly what we're making before production begins.
Introductory Call
A focused conversation to introduce our creative approach, align on pricing and confirm the fit.
If it's the right fit — we move.
Deep Discovery Call
This is where we go deep. Into your vision, your brand story, your goals, and the gap between where your brand is and where it deserves to be. This call is immersive and intentional — prepped like a sanctuary. You'll leave knowing exactly what we're building together before a single camera turns on.
Production Day
Every frame captured with cinematic intentionality on a professional two-camera setup with dedicated lighting and audio.
All footage is transferred and organized via Shade.inc immediately after filming.
Sign Contract & Client Portal Onboarding
Once you give the green light, contracts are signed and you're onboarded into the Media Maven client portal. Everything lives in one place — organized, professional, and easy to navigate.
Staffing & Pre-Production
Every Media Maven Brand Film is staffed with a dedicated Director, Director of Photography, and Editor — assembled specifically for your project. Equipment is sourced via our rental partners. Every detail is confirmed before production begins.

Post-Production
Progress is tracked live in Monday.com with daily updates so you always know exactly where we are.

Five Progress Points: Editing → First Cut Submitted → Feedback → Second Cut Submitted → Approval

A 48-hour review window is built in at every feedback stage. Revisions are completed before your assigned delivery date.
Turn Around Times: 21 Days

Your completed film is delivered via private link and on USB — housed in a Media Maven monogrammed keepsake box.
